Interview process:
**Phone Screening 'First Interview' (prior to invitation to Calgary Interview)
**Second Interview 'In Person at Calgary Offices
Note: Candidates must do a 10 minute presentation on a pre-selected question. Then 4 Behavioural Questions will be asked followed by one Hypothetical CRM type question.
**Once that is complete, you will go for a 1 hour Computerized Open Book Tech Exam from the AIM. |

Minimum Requirements:
* Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot's Licence
* (Aeroplane) 1,500 hours Total time,
* 500 hours Fixed Wing Pilot-In-Command experience,
* 500 hours Fixed Wing multi-engine experience,
* Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating,
* Valid Transport Canada Category 1 Medical,
* High School Diploma,
* Legally entitled to work in Canada,
* Possess valid Canadian passport or valid foreign passport with all required visas to allow pilot to operate aircraft to all points within the WestJet network.
* Possess valid Transport Canada Restricted Area Pass or be able to obtain same within 6 weeks,
* Oral & Written fluency in English language.
Interview process includes phone interview, technical interview, behavioral interview and medical by aviation examiner in YYC.
