FAA Captains - Navajo Chieftain & Aztec

Island Birds

Pilot Job Details
Requirements Island Birds is seeking Part 135, On Demand, Charter Captains for her fleet of 8 Navajo/Aztecs.

Minimum Requirements:

* FAA ATP or Commercial IFR
* Minimum 2000 hours TT
* Minimum 750 hours MEL
Notes Will be living in the paradisaical British Virgin Islands where the uniform is a polo shirt, khaki shorts and sandals.

1 year minimum commitment. Pay and benefits are very good.

Must be an EXCELLENT stick and rudder pilot and even though we only see a handful of bad weather days each winter, we insist on very sharp instrument skills. Must also be a highly professional, hard working, dependable, flexible individual willing to fly, load your own bags and on some days be willing to wear several different hats to get the job done.

We are a small family that works hard and plays hard. This is truly the best little airline on the planet.

If invited to come down and interview, you will be required to fly yourself to and from the British Virgin Islands and provide your own accommodation while here. We will certainly help out where we can.

I will not be interviewing multiple people at once. I understand the financial commitment it takes to come down and interview, so I give every candidate a fair and honest chance. I interview one at a time.

Thank you for your time and good luck!
